When using a different cable for charging, it may not function properly.

2. Substitution of charging adapter.
In home charging scenarios, adapter breakdowns can lead to fluctuating current levels, either low or high.
If charging problems persist, it's advisable to buy a new adapter.
Additionally, please verify the charging adapter's rated output, as Phigolf products may vary between standard and high-speed chargers

3.Sensor battery depletion.
Phigolf's battery employs lithium batteries, commonly found in household appliances.
Under typical usage, the battery's lifespan is estimated at 2 years or 200 charges.
Lifespan varies based on storage and charging.
We'll provide guidance on prolonging your Phigolf sensor battery life.


① Storage Guidelines:
Store indoors, avoiding extreme temperatures (>60°C/140°F) and freezing conditions."

② Storage Method:
After use, separate the sensor and practice stick, storing them individually in the provided box.

③ Charging Cycle:
Charge weekly; prolonged inactivity can diminish battery life.

If you purchase Phigolf 2, you'll receive a C-TYPE charging cable; for other products, a 5-PIN cable is provided.

Note that Phigolf's trainer typically emits a 'click' sound upon impact.
Beginners or those unfamiliar with golf may not hear it initially and should practice to get accustomed.
A low sound from the practice stick isn't a defect.

Below are recommended products for replacing your swing stick grips:

If the sensor pin is broken, avoid forcefully attaching it with commercial adhesives. Adhesive seepage may cause the sensor and stick to become stuck.

If the sensor button malfunctions, please check the following.

1. When the button isn't pressed
If the button is obstructed or difficult to press, contact support at info@phigolf.com with details, receipt, and video for assistance.

2. When the button is dysfunctional
If the button is damaged and unusable, please email us at info@phigolf.com with details and photos. We'll assist you promptly.

3. The sensor remains active.
If the sensor remains on with a dimly lit light in Phigolf WGT, PiGolf WTE, and PiGolf Line Friends products,
it will automatically turn off after 3 to 4 days of indoor storage.
Upon recharging, normal use is restored.
