I installed E6 CONNECT from PC. And I managed to connect with PhiGolf2 through Bluetooth. However, in E6 CONNECT, the ball only falls right in front of it and doesn't get a proper shot. Is there any solution to this? If not, would you be willing to update the PhiGolf2 sensor in PC version E6 CONNECT in the future? Is it technically impossible?

Hi there. Love my Phigolf 2, but it freezes up constantly with a dialogue box that says the network is unstable and to please wait.  My home network has no issues. Despite this, and trying to use just data on my phone, this message pops up a few times every hour and I cannot do anything other than close the Phigolf app and restart. FYI - I am connected to the global network. Is there a fix for this or does anyone have any advice on how I can address it? Thanks

My game was delivered yesterday. I've got to say I'm a bit confused and not really impressed so far. Let me explain. Phigolf 2 device using a Samsung A9+ tablet. All I've played so far is the basic Phigolf course and the driving range. No 'Ready' voice and can't find a way to turn it on. And no way I can figure out how to choose a different club on the course and aim it. I choose a shorter distance club but the aim stays where the game selected club is at. I find the manual to be useless and the short videos with the person shaking their finger to be useless as well. Am I missing something?

Hi, I installed the E6 demo and although I was able to select and connect to my phigolf 1 sensor,  I can't get any ball speed out of it :/ When I swing, I can get normal club head speeds but the ball speed is always ~1/10th of this and the ball only goes a few feet. Also, when I select 'configure' in the sensor settings, there are no options;  Which I find surprising. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolves this? Thanks

I had another charge after (I thought) cancelling WGT through Phigolf last month.  It doesn't show up in my Google account for subscriptions or recurring payments - how do I cancel it?

Anyone else? When we search a course it lets us put in all our settings and try to start the round, then it tries to load the course and crashed back to the Apple TV main screen.

Can i have s neary competition o a par 3 hole with multiple players?  

I loaded my phigolf app on android to find I can now play 38,000 courses now rather than the standard 8 or so. I couldn't find any info regarding the update. I don't use the topgolf WGT app to play so was surprised to find the search option for courses in the phigolf app. https://www.wgt.com/golfnews/archive/2024/09/03/phigolf-wgt-integration-ending-soon.aspx Having read this , will we still be able to play 38,000 courses through the phigolf app after this end date ?
