When putting with Phigolf, wait quietly until the ready sound, and then try putting as if you were actually putting.

There are limits to resolving users' difficulties through conversation only, if you provide the following information we will determine the exact cause and provide a solution.
Additionally, we will check the possible sensor abnormalities through your bug report.

1. Send us a video of your putting. (front view and side view)
2. Send a bug report right after you putt (It is located at the right corner of the top)
3. Your Account ID for the Phigolf app

What i mean to say is that putting is too sensitive. Please take the sensitivity down so that it matches a bit more to real life putting distances
