No sound on iPad

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing with the sound issue on your iPad.

 

To help resolve the problem, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Silent Mode: Sometimes, the device may be set to silent mode, preventing sounds from playing in the phigolf app. Please check the mute switch on the side of the pad and ensure it is turned off.
  2. Adjust Volume Settings:  Go to Settings -> Game Options -> Game, and check the volume settings for BGM and sound effects. You can adjust the volume here to make the sounds louder.
  3. Mirroring Sound Issue: If you are using mirroring and the sound is not coming through, please launch the phigolf application first before attempting either wired or wireless mirroring.
