Network unstable message constantly

Hi there. Love my Phigolf 2, but it freezes up constantly with a dialogue box that says the network is unstable and to please wait.  My home network has no issues. Despite this, and trying to use just data on my phone, this message pops up a few times every hour and I cannot do anything other than close the Phigolf app and restart. FYI - I am connected to the global network.

Is there a fix for this or does anyone have any advice on how I can address it?

To begin, I recommend uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. If the problem persists, could you please provide the following information?

 

  1. The model and manufacturer of the device (smartphone/tablet) you’re using to access the Phigolf app.
  2. A screenshot of the message that says "Service Under Maintenance."

Thank you for replying so quickly. I appreciate the tips you have shared.  I may not need to try them though. I did some research and exploring today, and it looks like the VPN on my phone was the culprit.  Once I turned it off, the issue seemed to have been resolved.

  • I will follow your advice should the issue arise again.
